What this prototype is actually demonstrating

Action buttons come from data. Each card renders only the channels that exist in cl_facility_channel. Compare Maple Grove Dental (Call / SMS / WhatsApp) with Peel Diagnostic Imaging, which has no SMS row and so shows no SMS button.
Opening a channel is not sending a message. Tap Call, SMS or WhatsApp and the sheet shows exactly what gets written — call_initiated, never call_completed; status unknown unless the thread is gateway-backed. The event then appears in Messages.
Nothing is hard-coded to Ontario. Change the province and the plan wording, the city chips and the results all change with it.
EN / FR is real. The toggle reads the French columns that are already in the seed.
No fabricated claims. No star ratings, no “Health Canada Licensed”, no delivery receipts on external SMS.
